All our products are handmade, that is, made by hand. we have different
techniques such as embroidery, weaving, painting, chiselling, etc. And different materials: textiles,
ceramics, glass, wood, leather, etc.
In each of them the heart and passion of our artisans is put.
We only make a limited number of pieces per product, in this way we ensure that exclusivity character that our consumer is looking for.
Most of our products come from Mexico, since it was the country with which we started our project; but we seek to highlight the different types of crafts from Latin American countries.
We also have artisans from other Latin American countries such as Colombia, Peru,
Chile, Argentina, Venezuela and Panama.
To make each one of them different techniques are carried out by hand such as embroidery, weaving,
painted, chiselled, carved, etc.
We have 100% handmade products, others with a part of the process made by hand or
some other final products that are intervened by a craftsman to capture his
footprint and make it unique.
The sizes that we handle for footwear are:
Lady: 5US to 10 US
Gentleman: 7US to 13US
Child: 5c to 2y
All in whole numbers.
In the case of textiles, many garments are one size and are unique pieces.
In certain articles we do handle fitted that goes from small to extra large.
As they are handmade products, they cannot be replicated. we have some
products that are only done once and others that can be done, however, being
handmade, they would be different depending on what materials the craftsman has.

At the moment we do not offer this service.
We let our artisans express their art through the products.

If you want to buy through our page at the moment we do not have the automated service
to be able to make shipments abroad, however, you can contact us via social networks
and we can attend you there to help you with the purchase abroad.
The payment methods we handle depend on the channel through which you buy it.
Website and Social Networks: credit card, paypal, nequi.
Whatsapp: electronic transfer, bank deposit, yappy, nequi, paypal, card
credit (visa or mastercard)
Showroom: yappy, nequi, paypal, credit card (visa or mastercard), cash.

If you are in the city you can pick it up directly at the showroom by making an appointment to
visit us or we have delivery service where the cost goes by area. In the case of
delivery is delivered one day after shipping has been paid for.
For the interior of the country we have parcel shipments.
Without exception, no product is delivered without having finished paying.
We have weekly shipments through Fergusson and Uno Express on Thursdays of
weekly.
In the case of Fergusson, the customer pays the shipping cost when picking up his package while
that for Uno Express the amount they charge is charged in advance to be able to
send it.
For shipments abroad we do it by DHL.
This depends on companies outside of us, so prices will be adjusted accordingly.

In the case of shipments abroad, the value will depend on the weight and dimensions of the package.
If we have the product:
- Sale in the showroom: immediately
- If you added delivery within the city: from 24 to 48 hours
- If it is sent to the interior: every Thursday the shipments of the week are made.
- Abroad: from 7 to 15 days approximately.
Yes, you have a maximum period of 30 days to make an exchange or return.
The product must be in perfect condition to make said change or return.
Returns will only be made effective in the event of any damage to the product caused
for the elaboration of the same and not for its misuse.
